Job responsibilities:
?Overall customer support team coordination, including timely escalation on critical customer demands.
?Customer-oriented clarification of disruptions within the order processing, in particular regarding any changes of dates and quantities or queries regarding dates, return deliveries and transport damages.
?Monitor the sales result of all channels (mono and multi brand shops), provide the necessary support for any possibility to increase the sales.
?Work independently as all logistics contact window to customers
?Respond and service promptly to customer inquiries, plus troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints
?Set priorities for daily and weekly responsibilities
?Communicate and direct requests and unresolved issues to designated internal teams.
?Maintain customer databases.
?Follow up Franchisee and Wholesale order process: input, modification, cancellation and monitor the delivery and financial outstanding
?System operation: creation order confirmation and pro-forma invoice, price list management, merchandise allocation.
?Perform Sell through report on a monthly basis and other data analysis.
?Set up SOP for smooth operation with all customers.
Required experience:
-Mandarin native speaker and fluent in English.
-Social and outgoing, able to develop a network of customers
-Well rounded in the using of IT tools, email, MS office.
-A good negotiator with basic numeric skills.
-Be proactive to handle system abnormalities, and seek assistance from Italy headquarters Customer Service and IT teams.
-Analytical minded, and detail orientation for accuracy
-Appreciation for fashion and lifestyle products
-Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability
