職位描述
主要職責(zé):
1、Assist BD team and site manager to fulfill marketing target and collect receivables on time
協(xié)助銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)和倉(cāng)庫(kù)經(jīng)理完成經(jīng)營(yíng)指標(biāo)任務(wù)并及時(shí)回收貨款。
1.1 Assist BD team and site manager to fulfill site business target and department marketing target.
協(xié)助銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)和倉(cāng)庫(kù)經(jīng)理完成site經(jīng)營(yíng)任務(wù),完成部門各種市場(chǎng)目標(biāo);
1.2 Carry out business development planning and new business development tasks.
參與業(yè)務(wù)拓展計(jì)劃并積極參與新業(yè)務(wù)的拓展;
1.3 Assist BD team and finance team to fulfill receivables on time
協(xié)助銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)和財(cái)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)按時(shí)完成應(yīng)收賬款到帳任務(wù)。
2、Communicate with and accept the assignments from the direct superviory management, finish the tasks on time
積極與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)溝通,主動(dòng)接受直屬上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),落實(shí)業(yè)務(wù)工作計(jì)劃。
2.1 Organize and implement the links of marketing job, carry out marketing activities according to plans.
組織、落實(shí)各業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)節(jié),按計(jì)劃進(jìn)行日常業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng);
2.2 Finish annual and quarterly marketing activity report (including customer information, market dynamics, market analysis, industry trend analysis, etc.), put forward business development proposals, collect accurate information about competitors and submit to management for reference
參與完成季度、年度業(yè)務(wù)工作報(bào)告(包括客戶情況分析、市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)、市場(chǎng)分析、未來發(fā)展分析等),并提出業(yè)務(wù)拓展建議;搜集競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的準(zhǔn)確信息,及時(shí)提供給上級(jí)主管。
2.3 Explain to the customers the related laws, regulations and policies of the government on cold storage, advise customers and ask them to provide the necessary supporting documents
向客戶宣傳、解釋國(guó)家有關(guān)存儲(chǔ)商品的有關(guān)法律法規(guī)及政策,負(fù)責(zé)向客戶通報(bào)、追收有關(guān)客戶必須提供的證明文件。
2.4 Arrange the work of business development staff properly to ensure the efficiency
合理安排工作,使工作高效、有序;
2.5 Communicate with the document office in a timely way to master the latest information about the customers, report immediately to the management in case of any abnormal situation
及時(shí)與單證開票處聯(lián)系,及時(shí)了解客戶的最新情況,如有異常情況,立即向上級(jí)匯報(bào);
2.6 Maintain the company image and the company brand
塑造公司形象,維護(hù)公司品牌。
3、Communicate with customers and sign business contracts
客戶聯(lián)系與合同簽訂。
3.1 Communicate with customers, keep close contact with customers, visit responsible customers at least once every 10 days and keep customer visiting records, feedback customer information to the management in a timely way
做好與客戶日常溝通和交流,保持密切聯(lián)系,了解客戶需求,處理客戶投訴;通過電話、登門等方式,進(jìn)行客戶拜訪并做好拜訪記錄,及時(shí)向上級(jí)主管匯報(bào)。
3.2 Conduct research on customers for business negotiations (including customers' qualification, business license, working place and working surroundings, etc.)
進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)洽談?wù){(diào)查工作(包括客戶的資質(zhì)評(píng)審、經(jīng)營(yíng)許可文件,辦公地址及辦公環(huán)境等);
3.3 Sign business contracts, identify customer requirements, ensure the contracts are legal, valid and timely
做好業(yè)務(wù)合同簽訂工作,識(shí)別客戶要求,按程序評(píng)審合同,確保合同的合法性及有效性、及時(shí)性;
3.4 Establish contract register
建立合同臺(tái)賬。
3.5 Take part in customer service project drafting.
參與客戶服務(wù)方案的擬定。
4、Collect and summarize customer information
整理和編制客戶資料。
4.1 Establish customer profiles
建立客戶檔案
5、Finish other assignments from the management. i.e. customers visiting and reception, different marketing activities and marketing information collecting.
完成上級(jí)主管臨時(shí)交辦的其他任務(wù)。如客戶拜訪安排與接待、參加各類市場(chǎng)展銷活動(dòng)、市場(chǎng)訊息收集等
技能,知識(shí)及經(jīng)驗(yàn):
1、Master degree in sales, logistic management and international trade or other related major is preferred.
大專以上學(xué)歷,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、物流管理、國(guó)際貿(mào)易等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮;
2、3-year experience in customer service management. Experience in clod chain or logistic industry is preferred.
,3年以上客戶管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),,具有冷鏈,物流行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮;
3、Be familiar with Office software to make different files or sheet.
熟練使用Office辦公軟件制作各種文檔和報(bào)表;
4、Good command of both of spoken and written English.
良好的英語聽說讀寫能力;
5、Effective communication skills, good ability of coordination and good sense of customer service.
具有優(yōu)秀的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力,良好的客戶服務(wù)意識(shí);
6、Excellent execution and planning ability and able to solve emergency issues.
具有優(yōu)秀的執(zhí)行力和統(tǒng)籌計(jì)劃能力,應(yīng)變能力強(qiáng),善于處理突發(fā)緊急事件;
7、Quick thinking and carefully, strong ability of insight and good data analysis ability.
思維敏捷,細(xì)致嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),洞察力強(qiáng),具有良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力;
