職位描述
職位要求：
- 有KA渠道管理及經(jīng)銷商管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)1年以上，可以適應(yīng)短期出差
- 有責(zé)任心，自律性強(qiáng)，對(duì)工作安排有很強(qiáng)的計(jì)劃性
- 溝通能力強(qiáng)，能獨(dú)立和門店主管溝通品牌陳列及促銷活動(dòng)
- 對(duì)終端的銷售工作流程清晰了解(主要包括促銷員管理、產(chǎn)品促銷陳列申請(qǐng)、產(chǎn)品狀態(tài)及銷售狀況查詢、店內(nèi)陳設(shè)更替、競(jìng)品動(dòng)態(tài)查詢等多方面內(nèi)容)
- 常住上?；蛏蜿?yáng)
工作職責(zé)：
- 了解品牌的價(jià)值觀文化，并有效地執(zhí)行銷售策略
- 根據(jù)當(dāng)季陳列圖的要求，負(fù)責(zé)終端賣場(chǎng)的常規(guī)牌面陳列
- 根據(jù)公司制定的促銷活動(dòng)，完成促銷價(jià)格的維護(hù)和促銷活動(dòng)的執(zhí)行
- 管理好負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)的促銷員，激發(fā)其對(duì)工作的熱情
- 了解競(jìng)爭(zhēng)品牌的銷售情況，提供競(jìng)爭(zhēng)品牌在終端的上市及推廣活動(dòng)
- 處理好門店的客勤,建立良好的品牌門店互助關(guān)系
