Job Description
-Follow up FQA CAPs, manage & improve factory in-house quality management, correlate FQA result to vendor quality performances;
-Organize Pre-production meeting (PPM), sum up quality requirements / comments, spec., test failure attention points, etc.;
-Conduct FAI, pull samples for PT and Engineering sample;
-Follow up and approve CAPs;
-Sum up product requirements, special attentions, quality control plans, etc…;
-In-process control audit, in-line inspections, monitoring capacity, etc;
-Escalate findings, achievements, requests for corrective actions, supports needed, etc.;
-Follow up CAPs for various discrepancies, drive improvement; Plus quality Performance analysis, provide the data for the CPAs as well as the improvement;
-Organize regular quality performance reviews with vendors, provide supports to quality management;
-Determine PSI needs and requirements;
-Make final dispositions for PSI results and shipment release;
-Receive customer returned defective products, do root cause investigation;
-Request for and follow up corrective actions with the vendor (manufacturing related);
-Exchanging experience with other QC personnel or master engineers to improve our service;
-Being able to implement corrective action(s) on the deviation(s) found by the supervisor and/or PM on their daily performance;
-Handling of work according to the quality assurance guidelines and the instructions of the supervisors;
-Support office work when required;
-Others job which assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement

-Minimum education:
-College degree or above in technical subjects such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or textile;
-At least 3 year of working experience of related products inspection or manufacturing experience plus at least 3 years SQM experience for Electrical, Mechanical or textile products;
-Electrical:
(Electronics/ Power / Audio / Cable / SDA / Fan / Heaters / etc.)
-Hardlines:
(Mechanical / Furniture / Kitchenware / Luggage / Loveseats / BBQ / Janitorial & Sanitary / etc.)
-Softlines (non-Apparel):
(Bags / Bedding / Textile / etc.)
-Specialty Know how:
-Good knowledge in computer applications;
-Good knowledge written English and good knowledge in spoken English; profound knowledge of the local language;
-Excellent technical and analytic skills with extensive experience in supplier manufacturing processes and familiar with the Electrical, Mechanical or Textile Inspection, testing, and production;
-Familiar with SQM workflow, and has practical experience in supplier management.
-Good analytical aptitude, strong interpersonal communication skill is plus;
-Knowledge of the ISO9000 / ISO2859 and the relevant QC Tools is plus.
