工作職責(zé):
1.Ownership of the Online new product end-to-end: market research / define product proposition / implement and launch product / product marketing / monitoring of product performance / ongoing product improvements based on production data and market opportunities
2.Shadow P&L responsibility for Online new product results
3.Management and development of On-line new products
4.Responsible for on-line new products’ performance and sales
5.Research and explore new opportunities for on-line business cooperation.
6.Propose and implement schemes for digital channel development.
7.Conduct overall business negotiation with new partners.
8.Allocate and coordinate resources to support multiple projects development.
9.Follow up progress and status during cooperation.
10.Monitor implementation status after the cooperation with new partner.
11.Maintain regular relationship with cooperated partners.
12.Strong team-leadership

任職資格:
Education/Experience:
1.Previous senior position in online business industry (finance / telco / eshop / …)
2.University degree and above,
3.Total 10+ years of working experience, +5 years experience in project work or business development, plus 3+ years team management experience
4.Knowledge of product management & online marketing
5.Knowledge and experience in business research & analysis, team work
6.Knowledge and experience in process design and implementation incl cooperation with IT
7.Resources and relationships in e-commerce & online business.
8.Experience with e-loans, e-payments systems is an advantage
9.Work & training experience from an international environment is an advantage
