職責(zé)描述：

The (Mfg) Manager Planning/Buying is responsible for: 計劃部經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)：
1.Developing and owning the Manufacturing Planning/Buying Strategy and effectively deploying within the department and Defining, Leading and Developing the Annual Tactic Plan 計劃部發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和年度計劃的制定和有效實施
2.Setting up, deploying, delivering, measuring and analysing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and taking corrective s建立、實施、實現(xiàn)、評估和分析關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)并采取糾正預(yù)防措施
3.Delivering on the promise given towards the customer under competitive terms, respecting and securing quality and regulatory requirements and being agile and responsive on changes on the promise 實現(xiàn)富有競爭力的客戶承諾同時滿足質(zhì)量法規(guī)要求，快速響應(yīng)客戶需求的變化
4.Raising an achievable Supply plan into the S&OP plan (Sales and Operations Planning) 在銷售和運(yùn)營計劃中提出可實現(xiàn)的供貨計劃
5.The day to day activities within Planning/Buying department to ensure material supply meets agreed Manufacturing output (either by master scheduling, by forecasts or by stock level maintenance), to achieve agreed service levels and delivery dates and it is according to agreed supply in Budget/Forecast/S&OP 計劃部日常工作，保證物料供應(yīng)滿足生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)出要求（主生產(chǎn)計劃、預(yù)測、或者庫存水平維護(hù)）。按照預(yù)算/預(yù)測/銷售和運(yùn)營計劃確定的供應(yīng)計劃實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品按時發(fā)貨和服務(wù)水平
6.Maintaining inventory levels for manufacturing within designated warehouses within the Product Supply Centre (PSC) to agreed targets 維護(hù)PSC目標(biāo)倉庫中生產(chǎn)所需的庫存水平滿足確定的目標(biāo)
7.Monitoring and helping improve material supply chain processes for designated PSC 監(jiān)控并幫助目標(biāo)PSC提高物料供應(yīng)鏈流程
8.Managing the input of new products and parts into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system where it affects Manufacturing for PSC 管理影響PSC生產(chǎn)的新產(chǎn)品和零部件在ERP系統(tǒng)中的建立
9.Managing department capacity (incl. staff performance, recruitment and training) and utilising resources in a cost effective and efficient manner (labour, material, working capital and all other resources within agreed budgets) 管理部門工作（包括員工績效、招聘和培訓(xùn)）并高效利用資源（人力、物資、資金和所有其他資源在預(yù)算內(nèi)）
10.Executing the authority to take decisions for department Planning/Buying 作為計劃部負(fù)責(zé)人做出決定


任職要求：
?Bachelor degree in Business Studies or equivalent combination of education and work experience is essential至少經(jīng)營管理方面的本科學(xué)歷或者同等教育和經(jīng)歷的結(jié)合
?Extensive business experience with a focus on manufacturing in an advanced technology/industrial environment with high demands on quality essential具備在高端技術(shù)工業(yè)對質(zhì)量要求較高的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境中豐富的業(yè)務(wù)管理經(jīng)歷
?Track record of (change) management experience in an international environment with cross culture/ management is desirable 應(yīng)具備在跨文化/跨區(qū)域的國際環(huán)境的（變革）管理經(jīng)驗記錄
?Experience of production scheduling and planning using ERP systems essential 必須具備使用ERP系統(tǒng)管理生產(chǎn)計劃和物料計劃的經(jīng)歷
?Understanding the business environment and outlining where it impacts on Supply Chain Planning preferred 了解商業(yè)環(huán)境并能識別哪些會對供應(yīng)鏈計劃產(chǎn)生影響者優(yōu)先
?Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles preferred 了解精益生產(chǎn)和持續(xù)改善原則的優(yōu)先
