職責(zé)描述：

Supports validation and verification of the hearing aids product based on existing Sonova platform and the development on optimizing fitting algorisms to meet the specific needs of the Chinese Market.

Supports clinical validation projects according to the R&D research plan.
?Monitors the progress of the projects.
?Supports verification of new product lines.
?Cooperates with internal Marketing, Audiology and CS teams to collect input and feedback for research plans and projects.
?Supports the collaborated R&D projects with external parteners.
?Supports general development activities within R&D to optimize fitting algorisms for the Chinese Market.
?Other assignments by superior.
任職要求：
- Bachelor’s degree, major in audiology and/or electrical engineering preferred.
- 0~2 years of experience in HA or related industry.
- Hands-on experiences in hearing aids fitting preferred
- Strong professional knowledge and communication skills
- Willingness to support clinical projects under close cooperation with the HQ R&D team
- Willingness to perform and result orientation
