職責(zé)描述：
1.Support logistic manager to develop the delivery of systems and processes to optimize the movement of raw material, consumer material, non sterile product, finished product, waste, equipment and spare parts through the Suzhou CFZ including all aspects of customs clearance. Provide the import and export information to related departments in time.

2.Responsible for the development and delivery of systems and processes to optimize the movement of the material from gate registration through the Suzhou CFZ including all aspects of customs clearance.
負(fù)責(zé)并優(yōu)化所有卡口進(jìn)出物資在綜合保稅區(qū)海關(guān)的實(shí)際操作和系統(tǒng)操作。
3.Responsible for the annual Customs stocktaking organization and E-handbook yearly verification. Ensure the verification process running smoothly following the Customs requirement and counting report accuracy. Analyze the root cause of verification variance and provide the opportunity to reduce it.

4.Quick respond to the Customs new policy, foresee the impact to manufacturing and adjust process to fulfill Customs policy to ensure trade compliance.
對(duì)海關(guān)新政做出快速反應(yīng)，預(yù)測(cè)海關(guān)政策可能帶來的影響，按照海關(guān)政策及時(shí)調(diào)整進(jìn)出口流程以確保貿(mào)易合規(guī)及工廠能夠正常運(yùn)作。
5.Provide customs support to Suzhou business in terms of manufacturing transfers and Suzhou purchasing activities. uate and highlight the risk of new material and products in China from the Customs compliance perspective and provide effective solution, ensure all the operations are following CFZ customs clearance regulations.

6.Support to ensure Customs system running well, integration and maintenance. Review and recommend options around the ongoing management of customs.

7.Support logistic manager to monitor all forwarders and brokers daily management and their performance. Provide monthly freight forecast and monitor it every month. Provide effective analysis to the freight over budget and strong support to forwarder’s and brokers’ annual review.

8.Establish a strong relationship with the CFZ customs group. Ensure the import and export procedures compliance with Customs and global trade compliance requirement and regular reviewed. Responsible for communication and training with Suzhou factory of Customs policy and regulations and implemented regularly well.

9.Actively support the rollout of SAP.

10.Manage CFZ Customs operations and meet the KPIs set by the Supply Manager which will include working to the highest standards of Health Safety & Environment and Quality systems compliance.

B.Job Context / Key Challenges

1. The Suzhou Supply department has responsibility for factory Procurement, raw materials and finite production Planning, third party Sterilization, Customs management, Warehousing and Distribution. A strong professional relationship will be established with the EPZ to support Suzhou operations.

2. Team members will be expected to take strong operational roles during daily operation and will share best practice within the Suzhou business. An immediate challenge will be building up a robust and compliant Supply Chain to support go live and for some roles this will involve travel to our manufacturing sites in either the UK or US for training purposes.

3. Team members will be involved in all aspects of the rollout of SAP as the main information system to the Supply Team and this will involve training and subsequent Super user roles.
