崗位職責(zé)
1) Participates in product design review and DFMEA discussion to ensure the molding and mass production feasibility; provide proposal design for possible improvement based on mold flow analysis;
2) Works with PM to identify mold developing schedules based on the risk assessment of mold development;
3) Cooperate with process and tooling engineer to review cycle time, operators, auto production strategy and review the components design and debug with tooling engineer and outside vender;
4) Prepares CAD mold design models which cover details, layouts and assemblies of new mold design for new and revised molded products;
5) Leads mold design review meeting and mold design detailing on required mold design work; ensures the manufacturing feasibility for each detail of mold;
6) Prepares PAR for mold to assist for outside fabrication and tracks mold fabrication progress;
7) Leads the mold assembly with the support of tooling Engineer and check the mold and inserts;
8) Work with tooling engineer for mold debug (including critical dimensions review, Failure disposition…) until the mold is qualified and transfer to mass production;
9) Takes challenge for the mid-complicated mold design and new technology development;
10) Follows Product Development Procedure and make sure tooling development on right phase;
11) Summarizes and shares Lesson Learn;
12) Performs other related duties as assigned by manager.
任職要求：
1) Strong CAD skills, Master UG/PRoE/Catia
2) Organization skills to anticipate, plan, organize and self-monitor workload;
3) Strong analytical ability to apply logical reasoning, test assumptions, observes results and trouble shooting.
4) Strong communication, coordination and team-work ability
5) Be familiar with inspection skill
6) Be familiar with molding process
7) Know the character of common engineering resin (such as HDPE, LDPE, POM, PPS, PBT, PC…)
8) Know mold fabrication method and process
9) University of technology completion in mechanic major /material forming and control engineering/ polymer material and engineering ;
10) GD&T, Engineering Graphics or equivalent CAD training.
11) At least 3 years experience in mold design
