一、職責(zé)范圍 Accountabilities
1、協(xié)助工程經(jīng)理完成量產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化制造系統(tǒng)的準(zhǔn)備工作。
Assist the engineering manager to complete the production automation manufacturing system
2、升級(jí)生產(chǎn)線現(xiàn)有的工藝和測(cè)試系統(tǒng)，以提高生產(chǎn)效率。
Upgrade the existing process and test system of production line to improve production efficiency.
3、與工藝工程師工業(yè)工程師制定自動(dòng)化項(xiàng)目的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工藝的測(cè)試工作，完成完善技術(shù)要求。
To set up and complete the technical requirements of standardization process of automation project with process engineer industrial engineer.
4、參與評(píng)估非標(biāo)自動(dòng)化供應(yīng)商設(shè)計(jì)，制造，技術(shù)支援，等能力。
Participate in the evaluation of non-standard automation supplier design, manufacturing, technical support, etc.
5、協(xié)調(diào)自動(dòng)化設(shè)備可行性分析，進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案評(píng)估。
Coordinate the feasibility analysis of automatic equipment and conduct the evaluation of system design.
6、評(píng)估自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),含機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)、機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、電氣圖設(shè)計(jì)繪制、電氣部件選型、控制柜設(shè)計(jì)、電氣布線，自動(dòng)控制程序軟件編寫、硬件配置及系統(tǒng)調(diào)試
Assessment of automation control system design, including mechanical design, mechanism design, electrical diagram design drawing, electrical components selection, control cabinet design, electrical wiring, automatic control program writing software, hardware configuration and system debugging
7、參與非標(biāo)自動(dòng)化設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)，評(píng)估自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)搭建以及調(diào)試。
Participate in the design and development of non-standard automation equipment, evaluate automation system setup and debug
8、培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)部門正確使用自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)，并解決生產(chǎn)線在使用過程中出現(xiàn)的技術(shù)問題
Train and instruct the production department to properly use the automation system and solve the technical problems arising in the process of production
9、完成工程部日常工作 /Perform a wide variety of secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily operations

二、任職資格：
1. 本科以上學(xué)歷 Bachelor or above
2. 機(jī)械電子自動(dòng)化專業(yè) Major in mechanical electronic automation
3. 熟練掌握工業(yè)自動(dòng)化電氣控制系統(tǒng)、伺服電機(jī)、變頻器、低壓電氣等相關(guān)自動(dòng)化控制技術(shù)， Familiar with industrial automation electric control system, servo motor, frequency converter, and low voltage electrical automation control technology
4. 熟悉PLC編程、HMI界面制作，熟悉上位軟件組態(tài)，熟悉工業(yè)通訊并有豐富的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。Familiar with PLC programming, HMI interface production, familiar with upper level software configuration, familiar with industrial communication and rich practical experience
5.熟悉機(jī)械電氣圖紙。Familiar with mechanical electrical drawings
6.5年非標(biāo)設(shè)備改造經(jīng)驗(yàn) 5 years Non-standard equipment modification experience
7.5年非標(biāo)設(shè)備制程維修經(jīng)驗(yàn) 5 years Non-standard equipment repair experienc
