人事行政專(zhuān)員職責(zé)描述：?協(xié)助總經(jīng)理組織會(huì)議、會(huì)談，并做好會(huì)議內(nèi)容記錄、及時(shí)傳達(dá)會(huì)議紀(jì)要給相關(guān)人員；按照總經(jīng)理的工作任務(wù)指派、重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、會(huì)議決議等，跟進(jìn)各部門(mén)完成情況并及時(shí)反饋信息；?處理總經(jīng)理及部門(mén)上級(jí)的差旅管理、機(jī)票酒店預(yù)訂、報(bào)告制作、辦公采購(gòu)、員工福利等日常相關(guān)事務(wù)；?及時(shí)完成總經(jīng)理及上級(jí)交辦的其它工作或任務(wù)；?執(zhí)行年度招聘計(jì)劃，制定社會(huì)招聘&校園招聘的方案；?每年4月-5月開(kāi)展暑期實(shí)習(xí)項(xiàng)目，9-10月開(kāi)展秋季招聘工作；?組織公司的活動(dòng)、場(chǎng)地預(yù)定及人員考勤等；任職要求：?統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷；?有外企工作背景，英語(yǔ)六級(jí)，讀寫(xiě)能力佳，口語(yǔ)流暢?熟練操作辦公軟件，精通Excel、Word、PowerPoint等電腦辦公軟件?有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)和出色的協(xié)調(diào)溝通能力；?工作主動(dòng)認(rèn)真，謹(jǐn)慎細(xì)心，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)；具有較強(qiáng)的時(shí)間管理能力；Administration SpecialistJob de****ion：?
