職責(zé)描述：1.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)整個(gè)新產(chǎn)品流程的開(kāi)發(fā)工作，包括新產(chǎn)品報(bào)價(jià)、客戶(hù)產(chǎn)品要求技術(shù)矩陣、設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證測(cè)試、新產(chǎn)品首件報(bào)告、測(cè)試方法驗(yàn)證、工藝確認(rèn)、 產(chǎn)線(xiàn)驗(yàn)證、小規(guī)模試產(chǎn)驗(yàn)證、量產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移等，確保所有工作任務(wù)的順利運(yùn)行。Lead cross-function NPD team for overall new product development process, including RFQ, CRM, DVT, FAI, TMV, 3Q, line validation, pilot production and MP, ensuring all of tasks can run smoothly.2.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和協(xié)調(diào)跨部門(mén)工程師審查和解決新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中的所有問(wèn)題。Lead and coordinate cross-function engineers to review and solve all issues during new product development.3.起草和審閱新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)中的技術(shù)文件，包括報(bào)價(jià)表, 客戶(hù)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)規(guī)范表, 工程圖紙， 材料清單， DFM, 零部件檢驗(yàn)計(jì)劃等。Create and review all technical documents in new products development includes RFQ, CRM, engineering drawings, BOM, DFM and CIP etc.4.現(xiàn)場(chǎng)跟進(jìn)樣品制作，收集失效數(shù)據(jù)，并作初步分析。Follow up sample building on site, collect data on trouble shooting, and lead to conduct analysis with team.5.創(chuàng)建初版的設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證測(cè)試計(jì)劃，對(duì)不良樣品進(jìn)行失效分析。Create initial DV test plan, do failure analysis for NG sample. 6.支持維護(hù)產(chǎn)品的問(wèn)題解決和工程變更。Support trouble shooting and engineer change for legacy products.7.完成新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)主管/經(jīng)理指派的臨時(shí)任務(wù)。Complete the temporary tasks assigned by NPD supervisor/manager.職位要求QUALIFICATIONS1.本科及以上的學(xué)歷,機(jī)械工程或電子相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)。Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering.2.3年以上新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。Have more than 3 years work experience in NPD.3.能夠使用繪圖軟件AutoCAD, SolidWorks優(yōu)先。Basic AutoCAD & SolidWorks is preferred.4.英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)熟練，口語(yǔ)優(yōu)秀者優(yōu)先。Fluent English in reading and writing, oral English is preferred.5.熟練使用工具解決生產(chǎn)問(wèn)題者，如5why/DFM。Be familiar with tools like 5why/DFM to resolve productions issues.6.積極主動(dòng)，善于溝通。Be proactive and good at communication.7.快速反應(yīng)能力。Quickly response capability.
