Duty and responsibilities1. Set up new production line: equipment, tooling, jig and fixture, indirect material standard time etc.maufacturing instruction.建立新的生產(chǎn)線:設(shè)備，工裝，夾具，間接材料標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)間等制造指導(dǎo)。2. Process improvement for promoting effectively and cost time reduction.流程改進(jìn)，有效促進(jìn)和降低成本時(shí)間3. Work with quality engineer to promote product quality.與質(zhì)量工程師一起提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。4. Monitor daily process flow smoothly, take immediate **** for any out of control-quality on work.監(jiān)督日常生產(chǎn)流程的順利進(jìn)行，對(duì)工作中出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題及時(shí)采取措施。5. Supervise PIE technician for MI, jig and tool fixture design work.指導(dǎo)PIE技術(shù)員完成MI，夾具和工裝夾具的設(shè)計(jì)工作。6. To ensure all work process and machinery and tooling design are of safety standard.確保所有的工作流程和機(jī)械工具設(shè)計(jì)符合安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。7. To compile with the safety procedure and requirements as laid down by the safety committee concerning.按照有關(guān)安全委員會(huì)制定的安全程序和要求進(jìn)行編制。8. Generate line layout and re-layout to improve.生成生產(chǎn)線布局和重新布局以改進(jìn)。9. Familiar with manufacturing facilities, wave soldering machine, coating/potting equipment, stamping process and automation conceptual design熟悉生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，波峰焊機(jī)，鍍膜/灌封設(shè)備，沖壓工藝和自動(dòng)化概念設(shè)計(jì)10. Familiar with autocad, powerpoint, minitab..熟悉autocad、powerpoint、mini等軟件Competencies and experiences requirement1. High college (mechanism or electronic specialty) or above.大專以上學(xué)歷(機(jī)械或電子專業(yè))。2. 5 years experience or above.5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。3. Have the knowledge of TS16949, SPC, ISO9000.具備TS16949, SPC, ISO9000的知識(shí)。4. Have the knowledge of ISO14001/OHSAS18001 and EHS document.了解ISO14001/OHSAS18001和EHS文件。
